Shipping

Every LÉMEIN piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, which is why your order takes a little longer to reach you than mass stock does.

Making your order

Production takes 2 to 5 business days from the moment your order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday begin production on the next business day.

Delivery

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 10 to 20 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 12 to 25 business days.

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our production partner. If you have not received tracking after 7 business days, contact us.

Multiple items

Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate parcels, and may arrive on different days. This is normal and does not mean anything is missing.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the country of production may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees. These are set by your local authorities and are not included in your order total. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect address will be refunded minus any shipping cost incurred.

Delays

Carrier delays, customs holds and severe weather are outside our control. If your order is significantly overdue, contact us with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.
